My ethos

I believe your professional journey should be shaped by your nature and guided by your true aspirations. Over time, that journey naturally evolves as you learn, grow and allow your ambitions to change.

I have approached my own path from this perspective. In making career choices, I have taken into account that by nature I am open-minded and creative, quick to spot opportunities and willing to act on them. While I value the experience of the process, I also care deeply about achieving meaningful results; one could even say I have a healthy sense of ambition.

My aspirations, on the other hand, can be summed up in a simple idea: whatever I do should create a positive impact.

I want my work to extend beyond my own professional fulfilment.

So what has my path looked like in practice? After earning a degree in psychology, I developed a long and accomplished career in the recruitment industry, spanning nearly two decades. Over the years, I delivered more than 500 hires for over 200 organisations, and built a recruitment agency that I later successfully exited.

This experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how talent decisions, leadership quality and team dynamics shape organisational success.

After selling the recruitment agency, I began a new chapter – bringing together everything I had learned about human psychology, team dynamics, leadership and business into a diagnostic and coaching practice. Today, I work with leaders, teams and boards to understand what truly shapes performance and turn it into meaningful results.

Looking back, my journey – first in recruitment and now in diagnostics and coaching – has been shaped by both my nature and my aspirations. And it continues to evolve. I remain committed to learning, growing and deepening my expertise in order to support more conscious decisions, meaningful development and lasting impact for the people and organisations I have the privilege to work with.

If I allow myself to think even bigger, I hope my work has, even in a small way, a positive impact on society.
